  • A long time client called re: selling the home which had been in the family for many years; both husband and wife owners were headed to assisted living.
  • The home was tired in every room except the kitchen; both bathrooms badly needed updating; all new flooring – except kitchen – was needed. All window coverings were eliminated to let in more light.  Light sells; dark ‘un’sells.
  • More serious was the exterior siding which had not had the needed attention; it was nearly gone from sun damage and was starting to peel.
  • Jim and his team first did an inventory and then had the garage sale/antique sale to empty the home and prepare it for updates.
  • Everything named above was done with all new modern colors and all new light fixtures. Huge profits from doing the total update and beautification.  It ended up a charming home.
