Twice he came all the way to St. Louis to personally go over documents with my father, so that dad could better understand what was happening. Jim Murrell represented the seller while I represented the buyer in the sale of a single-family home on Gore Creek in Vail, Colorado. The transaction was complicated by the fact that the seller suffered from memory problems. Although the negotiations foundered several times, Jim persevered, making two separate out-of-state trips to meet face-to-face with the seller. He was kind to the seller and had the patience to listen to his concerns, keeping his best interests in mind at all times. If Jim had not convinced the seller to move forward, I would not be writing this. I recently learned that the seller’s daughter was so impressed with Jim’s service that she hired him to assist with her purchase of a $1.5 million house several months later.
